Privacy policy

Debi Housekeeping and Cleaning ("we", "us") looks after homes and workplaces across Ormeau & surrounds. This policy explains what personal details we collect through this website, why, and what we do with them.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name, phone number and suburb
- your email address, if you give it
- how the service would be paid for (privately, through the NDIS, or by a business), and how often you'd like a clean
- anything you tell us about your home or premises, how you heard about us, and who referred you
If you tell us you're an NDIS participant, we treat that as sensitive and only use it to arrange your service and billing.
If you call or email us instead, we keep the details you give us in the same way.
How we use it
We use your details to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange a quote or a meeting
- match you with a cleaner and provide the service
- send you a copy of your enquiry, if you gave an email address
We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't use them for marketing lists.
Who else handles it
A few services help this website work. They only receive what they need to do their part:
- Postmark delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email. Its servers are in the United States.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, the check that stops automated spam getting through the form. Cloudflare processes data in Australia and overseas.
Inside the business, your details are seen by Debi and the team leaders who arrange your service, and the cleaner who looks after your home.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn't track you from site to site.
Keeping it safe
Enquiries arrive by email and are kept in our business email account. We hold keys and home details securely, and keep personal information only as long as we need it to look after you.
Seeing or correcting your details
You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call 0407 747 309 or email [email protected].
Questions or complaints
If you're worried about how we've handled your details, contact us first and we'll do our best to put it right. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
