No. You're billed for cleaner-hours, so two people for two hours costs the same as one person for four. You just get your home back sooner.

With 48 hours' notice we'll move your visit free of charge. With less than 24 hours' notice, half the visit is charged. Same-day cancellations or lockouts are charged in full, because your cleaner's hours are guaranteed either way.

Yes. Self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome.

$70 an hour, with a 2.5-hour minimum. After the first two and a half hours you're billed in 15-minute increments, so you pay for the time used.

Regular visits are weekly or fortnightly. If you need a one-off, a home reset is quoted per job after we have seen the space.

Whatever your home needs: bathrooms, toilets and kitchens, floors, skirting boards and dusting, beds and linen, washing and folding, dishes and tidying, cupboards and the pantry. You don't pick a package. If your home doesn't need two and a half hours of cleaning, the extra time goes to housekeeping.

A cleaner employed by us, not a contractor. Debi or a team leader picks someone suited to your home, sends you a short introduction, and you meet before the first visit. Both of you need to be happy before a regular slot is locked in.

Yes. Everyone on the team is police-checked, and we are fully insured. Every cleaner is trained to the same documented standard.

Cover comes from someone who already knows your home, so you are not explaining everything to a stranger.

Your home details and keys are held securely.

After each visit you can leave a quick rating, and it comes straight to us. If anything isn't right, you'll get a call the same day.

Every site is different, so commercial work is quoted after a walkthrough. We'll agree what gets done, how often and when.
