You don't pick a package. You tell us what your home needs, and your visit covers it:
- Bathrooms, toilets and kitchens
- Floors, skirting boards and dusting
- Beds changed and linen done
- Washing and folding
- Dishes, tidying and general housekeeping
- Cupboards and pantry sorted
- All products supplied
If your home doesn't need two and a half hours of cleaning, the extra time goes to the things you'd otherwise do yourself: the laundry, the linen, the pantry.We don't sell time your home doesn't need. We fill it with what it does.
What it costs

The same standard, every visit
Debi or a team leader matches you with a cleaner suited to your home, and you meet before the first visit. Both of you need to be happy before a regular slot is locked in.
If your cleaner is away, cover comes from someone who already knows your home. After each visit, a quick rating comes straight to us, and if anything isn't right you'll get a call the same day.
Private and NDIS clients are all welcome, including self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Why is there a 2.5-hour minimum?
It lets us do the job properly and keep travel costs out of your rate.
Sometimes two cleaners come. Does that cost more?
No. You're billed for cleaner-hours, so two people for two hours costs the same as one person for four. You just get your home back sooner.
What if I need to cancel?
With 48 hours' notice we'll move your visit free of charge. With less than 24 hours' notice, half the visit is charged. Same-day cancellations or lockouts are charged in full, because your cleaner's hours are guaranteed either way.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. Self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome.
How much does home cleaning cost?
$70 an hour, with a 2.5-hour minimum. After the first two and a half hours you're billed in 15-minute increments, so you pay for the time used.
How often can you come?
Regular visits are weekly or fortnightly. If you need a one-off, a home reset is quoted per job after we have seen the space.

No. All products are supplied.
